- March 2015 — Bid submitted
- July 2015 — Bid selected
- June 2016 — Land Disposition Agreement executed
- November 2016 — Land acquired after AHIP, entitlement permit, schematic design set completed
- March 2017 — Abatement begins
- June 2017 — Powderhouse lease executed
- October 2017 — Demolition complete
- March 2018 — First third of Powderhouse space complete
- November 2018 — Remaining two-thirds of Powderhouse space and remaining campus development complete.
Cost, amenities, availability
- $40–45 NNN ($3.33–3.75 per square foot per month), but can and will subsidize partners. We can also offer PILOT payments/records for qualifying non-profit entities.
- 24h access, including world-class prototyping facility, conference rooms, event space
- On-site, next-door, and on-street parking available, in addition to free Hubway access
- ~2,000/20,000 square feet is in design for community partners, this is flexible. ~2,500 square feet will be our first cohort's space.
- This leaves ~15,500 square feet, but this is flexible.
